In the meantime, the making of drinks in this ready-made alcohol has also improved a lot. Now they are called new imitations with drink flavors.

You can not make raki from ready-made alcohol. You make an aniseed rum. Almost all of the alcohol I'm talking about is produced from sugar beet. Raki is a drink made from suma. Suma means grape or fig wine distillate. So you can not make raki with ready-made alcohol. But if you have an still, you can get suma from grapes or figs.
In addition to this, you can also produce drinks that require post-maceration distillation. Like absinthe or gin. You still need an still to make these kinds of drinks from ready-made alcohol.
In addition, a distilled alcohol is a good distillation after a heart alcohol is better quality than ready-to-drink on the market. The ready-made alcohol that many people use is not even for domestic use. I am witness to the citizens who take ethyl alcohol for medical purposes only because it is not denatured. These alcohols can cause serious damage to internal organs over time. They also create a terrible drunkenness.

I had made a trial with ready-made alcohol before I wondered about distillation. Even though I do physically drink, my heart has never called this alcoholic drink.
